Returns That Reflect Respect

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging
The return request is made within 15 days of delivery
The product is not part of a final-sale clearance or marked non-returnable
Lighting that has been installed or altered in any way is not eligible for return

To initiate a return, send a message to [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. Our team will respond with next steps and approval instructions.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for items we do not receive.

Items Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged or malfunctioning, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and a detailed description. Once reviewed, we will offer a refund, replacement, or alternative resolution.

Refund Processing

After receiving and verifying the returned item:

You’ll receive a confirmation email
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account

Shipping charges are not refundable unless due to verified product fault or order error.

No Exchanges at This Time

To maintain efficient inventory tracking and reduce environmental impact, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or variation, please initiate a return and place a separate new order.
